How are your shirts printed?

We print our shirts with a high performance DTG (Direct to Garment) printer that allows us to print high quality/resolution apparel that you can't quite achieve with screen printing. 

What is the turn around time for my order?

From the order date give us 1 to 3 days to make sure that your order is right and that we have product availability. If a product is backordered, we will email you to let you know if we have a lead time for it. Shipping times are solely based off of the carrier and will be updated via your shipping tracking number.

 

Are you shirts unisex?

Most all of our shirts are a Bella + Canvas unisex shirt, however, the products that specifically state they are a woman's shirt in the name/description will not be unisex. 

 

Do your shirts shrink?

The Bella + Canvas shirts that we use should only shrink 5% or less (half size) once you wash and dry them. We wanted to make sure that we picked a quality brand material that minimized how much shrinking occurs once you get your product.

Do you do returns?

We allow returns on clothing only (not mugs) within 30 days as long as the item is unworn and unwashed. The return and original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total. If you have a damaged item, however, please contact us and we will do what we can to make it right. Custom orders cannot be returned.

 

Will you really print any design?

Yes. If you have a custom design or order please visit our Custom Order page and we can let you know what we can do. Although we will print whatever you want please make sure your image quality is high, as there are no returns on custom orders.
